GoTo Assist allows Mytek support staff to connect to your computer with you to solve problems and get you back to your work as fast as possible. When your computer is connected to the internet a staff member will direct you through logging in here to solve your problems quickly.
Autotask Ticket Entry
For those customers with login credentials, Autotask allows you, the customer, to enter your own services ticket(s), get information and updates on your service ticket(s) and/or watch progress on a project or block of hours. If you would like to obtain login credentials, please call our main number and ask about getting a login for Autotask.
